Orders & Product Information

Flambeaux manufactures handcrafted gas and electric lanterns and related products in Louisiana. Because our products are made by hand, slight variations in appearance, finish, and other handcrafted characteristics may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, dimensions, finishes, mounting options, and other specifications before placing an order. Custom products may be subject to additional specifications or requirements provided with the applicable quote or order.

Production, Shipping & Delivery

Many Flambeaux products are handcrafted to order, while select products may be available through our QuickShip collection.

Production schedules, availability, and estimated lead times vary. Please refer to the applicable product page, catalog, quote, or order information for the most current estimated lead time.

Production, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by order specifications, production requirements, carrier schedules, and other circumstances. If your project has a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and should inspect all packages upon delivery.

Returns, Cancellations & Product Issues

Returns, order cancellations, damaged or defective products, restocking fees, refund timing, and return eligibility are subject to our current Return Policy.

Certain products and orders, including custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please review our Return Policy before placing an order for complete terms, exclusions, and instructions.

Flambeaux guarantees products against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us promptly as outlined in our Return Policy.

Installation

Customers are responsible for proper installation of Flambeaux products. Gas, electrical, and other installation work should be performed by appropriately qualified professionals where required.

Damage occurring during installation, whether performed by the customer or a third-party installer, is not covered under our Return Policy or 30-day manufacturer guarantee.

SMS Terms

Flambeaux Gas & Electric Lights is here to serve you via phone, email or SMS. As a manufacturer of copper gas and electric lighting, we welcome you to text us questions about our website, products in our catalog, custom orders, the status of your order, or any type of customer service inquiry. We may also use SMS to notify you of your order status, shipment and expected delivery dates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
